2023 Tax Information

The Internal Revenue Service announced that the nation’s tax season starts on Monday, January 29, 2024, when the tax agency begins accepting and processing 2023 tax year returns. The filing deadline is Monday, April 15, 2024.

Tax forms and instructions for Federal, State of Ohio, Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA), and Central Collection Agency (CCA) are available in limited supply near the Ask Us desk at the library.

Federal Taxes

There will be a limited number of Federal tax forms sent to Westlake Porter Public Library (and all other libraries nationwide) this year.

You can obtain copies of additional forms through the IRS.

Ohio State Taxes

Due to the continued increase of electronic filing, effective for tax year 2022 the Ohio Department of Taxation will no longer be sending bulk quantities of instruction booklets and forms to any 3rd party locations. All individuals are encouraged to file electronically, when possible. WPPL has a limited number of instruction booklets for checkout.

Drive-Up Mobile Print Pick Up

Same-day computer print jobs can be picked up from our drive-up Pick-Up Window. Please submit your print job following the instructions on our Mobile Printing page.

  • After your job is submitted, call the library at 440-871-2600 and select the option for drive-up pick-up (Option 1) to arrange a time for pick-up.
  • To ensure that we have time to correctly print your job, please call at least one hour prior to closing.

Print jobs are limited to 50 pages. Print finishing (stapling, binding, etc.) is not available.
