Mobile Printing at WPPL

Print from a laptop or mobile device— inside the library or from home— and release the job at the printer or pick it up at the drive-up window. Find step-by-step instructions here.

Sending a Mobile Print Job

  1. Begin by visiting our Mobile Printing Service page .
  2. Upload your files by pressing the orange Select File button.

  3. Browse your device to find and select the file you wish to print.
  4. Select the number of copies you would like.

  5. Use the drop-down box to select either B&W (black and white) or Color.

  6. Use the drop-down box to select either One Sided or Two Sided.

    Pages are flipped on the short edge when printing two-sided. Please note two-sided printing is charged per page not per sheet, a two-sided page will cost two pages.
  7. Our printer is only able to print on standard 8-½ x 11, so the Paper Size box can be left alone.

  9. If you have a multi-page document such as Word Document or PDF, you have the option to select which pages you want to print, if you want to print the whole document, simply leave "All" selected, otherwise enter the page range you would like to print.

  10. Enter your library card number, or an easy to remember username. You must enter your exact library card number (no spaces) in order to use the daily free printing allowance. You can then enter your email or a mobile number to receive a receipt.
  11. Click Submit.

Emailing a Mobile Print Job

  1. To email a print job, email it to one of the following emails:
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with the user credentials that you will use to release the print job at the print release station.

Please note, when sending an attachment, both the contents of the email itself and the attachment will appear as individual print jobs. When selecting print jobs to release at the kiosk, you will have the option to either print both the attachment and email itself, or just one of those items individually.

Printing Rates

Patrons may print from computer workstations or mobile devices via the library's print management system. WPPL provides up to $1 per day of free printing. You must enter your exact library card number (no spaces) in order to use the daily free printing allowance.

Library printers can only accommodate letter (8½ x 11 inches) sized paper.

Picking Up Your Mobile Print Job
  1. Visit one of our print-release stations, located in Adult Services, Youth Services or the Makerspace.
  2. If you used your library card number, simply scan your library card. If you do not have your library card, or you entered a custom username, tap "Card Number/Webprint User."
  3. Enter your library card number or username, you can switch between numbers and letters by tapping the "ABC" button on the bottom left corner.
  4. Hit "Print All," then pay using one of the available payment methods. We are able to accept:
    • Cash (nickels, dimes, quarters, $1 and $5 bills)
    • Credit/Debit cards
    • Electronic Payment (Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay).
Drive-Up Mobile Print Pick Up

Same-day computer print jobs can be picked up from our drive-up Pick-Up Window. Please submit your print job following the instructions on our Mobile Printing page.

  • After your job is submitted, call the library at 440-871-2600 and select the option for drive-up pick-up (Option 1) to arrange a time for pick-up.
  • To ensure that we have time to correctly print your job, please call at least one hour prior to closing.

Print jobs are limited to 50 pages. Print finishing (stapling, binding, etc.) is not available.
