Meeting Rooms

Westlake Porter Public Library offers meeting rooms to community groups for their educational, cultural, intellectual or civic activities. These rooms can accommodate individual speakers, panel groups, AV presentations, art and gardening projects, and board or committee meetings. They are available during times when they are not in use for the library or library-sponsored programs and activities.

The meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis pending completion of a Meeting Room Application. All meetings must be free and open to the general public.

The meeting rooms are available during regular library hours free of charge to qualifying groups. All meetings must end 15 minutes before the library closes. Please contact Group Services if your meeting needs to begin before the library opens or continue past the time the library would normally close.

Groups should notify the library as far in advance as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance, of cancellations.

An application must be downloaded, completed, and sent as an email attachment to andrea.tarolli@westlakelibrary.org in order to reserve a meeting room. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill out and email the application: Application for Use of Meeting Room Space
