April Is Financial Literacy Month

Piggy bank

Today many Americans are experiencing some sort of financial difficulty, causing a significant impact on their lives. Often this is because they are not well enough educated about financial management.

In honor of Financial Literacy Month, we are offering programs to help you become a better money manager. Even if you're a personal finance whiz you can always learn more, so stop by the library to check out one of the programs this month.

In the five years since the current levy was passed, the library has begun offering new collections and services such as access to thousands of books and other materials via SearchOhio and OhioLink, Roku and GoChip streaming devices, 4K Ultra HD discs, video games, Passport service, Laptops Anytime, mobile device charging machines, auto-renewals and access to online education services like Lynda.com, and undergone a major renovation – all without asking taxpayers for additional funds.
