Volunteers are a tremendously important part of Westlake Porter Public Library. Each year approximately 10,000 hours of volunteer work are done at the library.

We welcome your involvement and commitment, and offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to match your interests, skills, and availability.

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Reception Desk Greeter
  • Homebound Delivery
  • Circulation assistance
  • Portables Gift Store (requires membership in Friends)
  • Book Nook Used Book Store (requires membership in Friends)

To volunteer stop by the Group Services office to pick up an application, or download it here. Return it to the library, or fax to 440-871-5469.

For additional information about volunteering, contact Judy McNamara at 440-871-2600.
