Come color with us! Studies show coloring can reduce your stress and anxiety while increasing mindfulness. We'll provide coloring pages and colored pencils or bring your own.  Open to adults 18 and over, please register online or call 440-250-5462. Monday, July 10 from 7:00-8:00pm in the Dover Room.

Author Visit: Peanut Butter Dogs

Peanut Butter Dogs photographs by Greg Murray cover Calling all dog lovers!! Greg Murray, award-winning and internationally-recognized local photographer and author of the book Peanut Butter Dogs, will be sharing his story as well as tips on photographing your furry friends.

CPR Certification: Save a Life!

Paramedic Ken Hehnen from UH St. John Medical Center will be here to teach adult, child and infant certification for CPR and AED use. Class time is 3.5 hours.

Raptor Rescue

Learn about rescue efforts for birds of prey, including how they are rehabilitated, as well as their place in the ecosystem. Some of our feathered friends will be brought along as special guests. All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Register online or call 440-871-2600. Saturday, July 1 from 2:00pm-3:00pm.

ArtWalk Gallery Reception

Come view the results of Westlake Porter Public Library's Art Walk and meet the artists! The ArtWalk is an opportunity for persons with disabilities to explore nature and share their unique perspective of the world. Participants captured pictures of scenery they found beautiful, inspiring, or moving.

This free reception is open to all! Thursday, June 29 from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Porter Room. Photos will be on display in the library the week of June 26.
