"So You Created a Wormhole" is written as if it came through a worm hole from the future. For instance, if you happened to run across the actual Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, (referenced in the book of the same name by Douglas Adams) I have a feeling it would read a lot like "So You Created a Wormhole". The authors have obviously re-read the Hitchhiker's series many times in between watching tons of tv and movies and taking copious notes along the way. ("So You Created a Wormhole" contains many, many references to famous (and not-so-famous) movies and television programs. See if you can catch 'em all!)
I found myself laughing out loud a lot. The authors did a great job of balancing humor, cutting edge science and fiction. Read the book for the laughs for now, and keep it handy for when your time travel device is complete.
