New Adoption Records & Laws

Betsie Norris, founder of Adoption Network Cleveland, will explain what the new adoption records and laws entail, and what this means for people researching the adopted relatives and ancestors in their own family trees.

  • Check out the Thirty Steps to Financial Wellness challenge at FinancialLiteracyMonth.com. Use your progress to submit an entry in our weekly drawings.
  • Kids up to fourth grade can search for clues in the Financial Literacy Scavenger Hunt.

Playaway Launchpad Tablets for Kids Are Available Now!

On January 9th, WPPL began lending Playaway Launchpads: touchscreen tablets designed for young children that come pre-loaded with fun apps.

The Launchpads will be available to check out for 7 days with no renewals, one per library card. You can find them in the Children’s AV area.

Introducing Roku Kits!

Roku kit

WPPL has begun lending Roku Kits. Each kit contains a small device that plugs in to your television's HDMI port and connects to your WiFi network. Once connected, you can stream any of the movies linked to that device.

Stop by the Ask Us desk to check out a Roku Kit or to find out which movies are available. The kits are available for a 7-day loan with no renewals, one per library card.
