The Westlake Porter Public Library now has an iPad filled with special needs apps. Parents and Educators can test drive apps to decide if they want to buy them. We have apps for communication such as Proloquo2Go as well as apps for helping children with learning disabilities including writing, reading and math apps. We even have apps that help build social skills and design sensory breaks.
To see the iPad, visit the Youth Services desk at WPPL. You can use it in one of our study rooms and even have your child "try it out."
