Q: When is Winter Reading?
A: Winter Reading starts on January 6, 2019 and ends on February 2, 2019.

Q: How many books can I log?
A: You can log any books you read between those two dates.

Q: Can I add books that I read from January 1-5, 2019?
A: No—Just books read during the dates of the program.

Q: Can my child or teen participate?
A: Sorry—this program is open to adults only.

Q: Can I log programs attended or movies watched?
A: Just books.

Q: Do I have to get the books at WPPL?
A: Books read do not have to be from WPPL; you can read books you own or ones you got at other libraries!

Q: Do audiobooks count?
A: Audiobooks, ebooks, and physical books all count.

Q: Do I have to log my books online?
A: No—you can log online or by using the paper entries at the Ask Us and Circulation Desks.

Q: What is Beanstack?
A: Beanstack is a new way to participate in library challenges like Winter Reading. On WPPL's Beanstack site you can earn badges as you track your reading. Once you register on our Beanstack site, you will be ready for future challenges, too. Winter Reading is its debut at WPPL. We hope you enjoy this new service at your library!
