Pick-window transactions are limited to short term transactions i.e. picking up small loans or paying fines
(except for collection agency fines). Patrons must be in a vehicle to use this window (not on foot, not on a bicycle). Transactions involving collection agency accounts must occur inside the library at the circulation desk. Registration for a library card, bulk loans or other complicated transactions must occur inside the library at the
circulation desk. The pick-up window will be open during library hours.
