FindLaw Forms: At this site, visitors can access over 8,000 forms from United states federal and state courts (Ohio not available yet) for free from one easy-to-use location. The federal forms collection contains court forms for federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts and the state forms collection contains court forms on topics ranging from adoption to divorce to civil harassment. All of the forms are available in Adobe's PDF format.

The different web sites linked to Legal Dockets Online offer a combination of case docket sheets, basic case information, decisions, and case document images. Most sources provide case information that is free or inexpensive to purchase. With federal, state, and local jurisdictions consolidated onto one concise user friendly page.
