The Hunger Games is a book that takes place in the future. The world as we know it is gone, and every year, two "tributes" between the ages of 12 and 18 are chosen from each District to fight to the death. This was a really sad book but really well written. I couldn't stop reading it. It's the first book in a trilogy. I haven't read the next two books yet, but I'm planning to!
