The Plain Dealer has created a searchable database of home values for Cuyahoga County. You will receive a statement in the mail from the county in July, but if you would like to have a look now, you can access the database here.
There are some omissions, apparently. The page also includes information on the decline in property values in the area. Also, these values have not been approved by the state: you cannot dispute your value until you receive the actual statement from the county.
